跨媒介艺术家，乐队The Rose Bites主唱。美国雪城大学Art Video研究生在读。主要参与的展览有：Picnicplay野餐青年艺术家群展 2018，上海水泥公园现场艺术节 2018，“谷雨行动”国际当代行为艺术节 2019，绿厂艺术节 2019，Shatter Festival 2020，Everson Museum UVP城市影像计划 2020。作品关注媒介发生的现场感，以及个体生命的此时此刻。

龙霏林Phelan
我生活中最大的愿望是创作艺术。我用艺术面对生活中所有的困难, 进行思考和愈合。生活所有的经验，包括一些梦都给我创作的动力。每次传作的时候我都会用我当时最感兴趣的材料。
我认为我的艺术注重行为的过程。有时候我会慢慢补袜子，有时候在画廊里睡觉，有时会做即兴演奏乐器或跳舞。我还会去不同的国家尝试用它们的语言去生活。我画人物的时候，更注重和模特的交流，因为我觉得那比完成的画儿重要。尽管如此，我还是很看重手艺，我做的所有有的事，都会努力做到最好。我努力地在创作中过程中在寻找平静和朴素，同时也在追求作品中的美和内在的戏剧性。
My greatest desire in life is to devote myself to making artwork. I use art to face life’s challenges, to think and to heal. All of my life experiences including my dreams, give me inspiration to work. Every time I start a new project, I consider the materials that are most relevant to my ideas. For me, the action and process of making the work is the most important part and is where the essence of the art lies. Some examples of actions that I have done have been mending socks and meditating on their past, hosting a sit-in in the gallery with my siblings and going to bed in the gallery as an act of performance, improvisations. Although I am most interested in the conceptual side of the work, I am devoted to constantly improving my craft. I think that this helps me to spend a greater time with the work.

1991年出生于江西省，现创作、生活于成都和绵阳。
以绘画和行为艺术为主的创作方式，创作主要的关注点是人内在的欲望和现实的关系以至于被物化的身体，探索身体和物质材料和空间的关系，不断实验，寻找更恰当的呈现，在实践过程中又再一次微妙地改变对欲望和现实之间关系的理解，行动即思考。
